Christmas and New Year

Merry Christmas to everyone. I just wanted to check in with a quick blog. I am up in Destin, Fl right now at my brother Tim's house. What a great last show of 2007. Thanks to everyone that came by and hung out. I am really looking forward to 2008 and moving to afternoons. Don't forget January 7th, 2008 The Cowhead Show goes to 3 to 7pm. It's gonna be a year in Febuary that I have been with the show and just wanted to say "Thanks" to everyone for being so cool to me over the past year. As a new guy joining a show it was a smooth transition thanks to you guys. 2008 is gonna rock!

Really big shoe!

Got a great show happenin Friday 12-14-07. We've got comedian Alonzo Boden, Randy Jackson (the singer from Zebra doing the music of Led Zeppelin), film critic Leonard Maltin, and one of my favorite bands Mighty Joe Plum. And then a week from that (next Friday12-21-07) will be our last show before Christmas break. We've got The Cowhead Show Committee members in and we will be inducting some new members. Should be fun. Don't forget starting Monday January 7, 2008 The Cowhead Show moves to afternoons 3 to 7pm... I really am looking foward to it. Sleep in, a lot more in studio guests, being able to go out after work, party in the studio. Bubba the love sponge starts mornings 1-8-08. The death star is almost fully operational!

Stuff and Things

Wow! Damn it, Ricky Hatton lost to Floyd Mayweather Jr. 10th round KO. I had money on Hatton. We went to Sarasota to see Brian Johnson (AC/DC) play at a place called "The Irish Rover". It was cool, Scotti Hill from Skid Row was there too. Gettin ready to go to the Cancer Face Poker Tournament ... thanks in advance to everyone for helping out. I gotta go get ready, but make sure you listen next week... VERY INTERESTING stuff next week. Don't miss it.

Punches!

So I got punched today 3 times from Cowhead. He got happy because he did good this week. He doesn't get to punch much. It's usually me or Dinah doin the punching. Cow gave me one of his punches on Dinah. I hit her about half force, even though she tries to punch us so hard we can't make baby gravy anymore. Moose doesn't get to punch much, but he always takes his without complaining. I always try and agrue my way out of it. "I thought only the loser gets punched." That technique rarely works for me. I'm pretty sure I won't bruise ... it's hard to bruise steel. NICE!

Seriously?

I went and saw the new movie "I'm not there" about Bob Dylan. Holy shit! It was soooo bad I thought it was a joke. What was the last really good movie you saw? I can't even remember. All there is now is remakes and stupid fuckin rappers gettin movie deals. I think I need to write a movie. Something with bank robbing and hot chicks. Oh ... maybe hot chick bank robbers. Hmmmm. It's a work in progress.

Also just a radom thought. I would love to live in a casino. If anyone can hook me up with that let me know. I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

That sounds like a bad action movie line. Like Bruce Willis would say "I don't wash socks ... I just buy new ones"!Kaboom!!!! WTF? Anyways, so I turned 36 on Wednesday. Holy shit! I really still think I'm like 19. I really want to get a drum set. I live in an apartment, so that really wouldn't work. Although they have some really nice electronic sets now. Boom ... headphones. You can't hear it now can you? We have the big B Day show Friday with Batista and Alonzo Bodden. Should be fun. Then vacation. Gonna go do some gambling then visit with family and friends. Well, finally Cow got to punch me for football picks. Dinah and Cow both punched me twice. I tried to get out of it. It wasn't too bad. I thought Cow would try and kill me since he doesn't get too many punching opps. Love Tiger thinks he is smarter than everyone now. Uh, relax LT and keep working on your theory for cold fusion. Holy shit! Huge show today (Wed Nov 7th) we had the Langley's the creators of "Cops" and "Jail" on, Borat was on, William Shatner was on, Judge Alex was on, and of course former Tampa Bay Buc turned MMA smashing machine Marcus "The Darkness" Jones. If you were listening you got to hear our little prank on Marcus where we tricked him by say J.B. our intern was his opponent, which Marcus believed because he hadn't seen his opponent yet. My dumb ass is standing between the two of them as things got heated (look for the video on the site soon) and all I could think was "please don't knock me out". Marcus was a great sport about it. Gamble

I fuckin love to gamble. What if the Hard Rock goes full casino? Do I need to be that close to a casino? I'm goin to Biloxi in November, then to Las Vegas in February. Here's my key to gambling ... go with money you can afford to lose. Also go expecting to win. If you go and think you're gonna lose, you will. Me? I'm lucky ... I win. Not always, but a lot. I really think that I will win a giant jackpot one day, or win the lottery. But trust me, if I win the lottery ... we are all gonna have fun. I'll have a party and have Van Halen play. I found out the other day a guy I use to work for and be friends with has been talking shit about me. WTF? Whatever. It's sad when people can't be happy for other people's success.
Today (Fri - Nov 2) was a fun show. Love Tiger is great ... weird ... but great. Go look at the pics of the girls in studio with Tommy Habeeb from "Cheaters" and "Stag" ... the girls are hot, but the one was almost perfect. It kind of hurt to look at her.
I am working on my brother's bachelor party. We are going to Vegas. I am trying to plan everything perfectly. I think we are gonna have a blast. I think it would be funny to have a bachelor party every year for myself since I am not married. Still not married ... another bachelor party. I may have to work on that.
I was looking through the "Cowhead Show Cruise" pictures and thought of my next "Open Letter" topic. Go look and see if you can figure it out.

Thanks to everyone for all the compliments and interest in the "Open Letters" I do on the show. Figure it out

Ok. Blog city baby. So I am totally using this now. Dinah said she could help me set this up and she did ...well, kind of. It was more Moose correcting what she told me. Everything has been going well with the show. The live gig was a blast, thanks to everyone that came out. We are already looking foward to the next one. The cruise was awesome, met a lot of cool people. And just so you know I am not stand offish. I just don't like people to mess up my hair or punch me. If you wanna say "Hi" that's totally cool. Now I am tired, so I'm done for today. I will try and keep this updated and interesting ... but I'm not promising anything.
